The new Foil Drive Assist MAX+ replaces the original MAX as Foil Drive’s versatile all-round assist system. It is designed for riders wanting an excellent balance of power, runtime, weight and natural ride feel.

Built on Foil Drive’s 43.2 V architecture, the MAX+ produces up to 35.5 kg of thrust and 2,150 W of peak boost power. Its compact design and durable one-piece FM+ 650 Battery provide increased power and runtime while retaining the lightweight, balanced feel that made the original MAX so popular.

Whether you are surfing, winging, downwinding, wake foiling, practising flatwater take-offs or exploring smaller boards and foils, the MAX+ gives you the additional thrust and confidence to make every session more accessible and productive.

Installed weight includes the MAX+ unit, FM+ 650 Battery, Integrated High Power Motor, Three Blade Hub and propellers, and nosecone where applicable. A retrofit installation using a Mini Pod mounted at 20 cm adds approximately 360 g.

The MAX+ uses Foil Drive’s newer 43.2 V battery platform and is not compatible with older Gen 2 batteries.
